FUNdamental Health Coaching (FHC) defines optimal wellness as focusing on three areas - Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Healthy Finances. The journey on the path to optimal wellness progresses differently for each of us.

Statistics show that you are more likely to succeed with support, guidance and community rather than going at it alone.

FHC helps guide you to identify your goals and guiding you to solutions in a FUN, MOTIVATING and INSPIRING way.

There is no judgement, just a focus on supporting YOU.

Meet your health coach | Angie Duprey

As a former basketball coach, I taught life skills through the game that I love. Today, I coach with a focus on the individual by helping guide my clients to their goals.

 

Most of us know what we need to do to lose weight, to have better quality of sleep, or to acquire financial stability; however, we don’t often know where to begin, or how to continue when other distractions take away our focus. I have been able to reflect on my own lifetime of experiences of yo-yo dieting, (ultimately needing to lose 80Lbs) having zero energy, low confidence, anxiety, depression and money concerns. I found a simple program that truly changed my life: changed the way I think about vision, goals and actions needed to meet a desired destination.

 

I help guide people on their own optimal wellness journey. First and foremost, my objective is to CONNECT with YOU. LISTEN to what YOU want to accomplish. IDENTIFY what motivates YOU and GUIDE YOU to be better today than YOU were yesterday.

FAQs

  • Is this a program?
    This is coaching. A plan or program will work if the participant does the work. Not every program fits every situation. We have tools and resources that have worked for many others including myself, but some of my clients come already participating in a program. If you are coming with a blank slate, we will create a plan of action for you. If you already have your goal set, participating in a plan/program – my 1/1 coaching will be the additional support you need on your journey by helping guide you to reach those goals you have identified.
  • How do I find out if this is a fit for me?
    Let’s schedule an initial consultation. You want to get a better feel for the value I can offer you, and I want to ascertain your readiness. Even if you are not ready, the initial consultation, can be a valuable resource that is complimentary.
  • How long do I have to commit to be a part of this program?
    30 days is the minimum. If after your initial consultation, you decide this may be for you, but not sure how long you want to commit, sign up for a month. We do have price breaks for those who want to make 3, 6 and 12 month commitments on their journey with FUNdamental Health Coaching as their guide.
  • What can I expect from FUNdamental Health Coaching if I sign up?
    A commitment to focus on YOUR goal, and the plan of action YOU created. Accountability = Ownership. YOU are only accountable to YOURSELF and YOUR goals, FHC is there to support, motivate, inspire and help you progress in your journey.
  • What will be expected of me?
    This is YOUR journey. FHC will give you the tools and support you need to move forward on your progress, but we can’t do it for you. The expectation you should have of yourself is to be an active participant in your journey.
  • What’s included in the monthly coaching?
    Initial consultation (complimentary). Exercise (not that type of exercise) to help you create your VISION, YOUR WHY (very important as the journey can be difficult). Identification of goals, both midterm and short term and agreed upon action steps. We will have weekly check-ins, where we measure how it is going and focus on improving a little bit each week. You will have access to additional resources available to others for purchase. Most importantly, you will have a coach who is focused on understanding YOU better: motivating, guiding and inspiring YOU, even when it is hard to do for yourself.

March 2020: We were in the beginning stages of the pandemic. I was nearing my most unhealthy version of me (excess weight, overwhelming stress, lack of sleep, anxious feelings, etc.)  It was not until 5 months later, in July, that I decided I needed to make a change for my spirit, my mind, and my body. Inspired by my wife’s journey I was ready to make a change. This lifestyle change is directly correlated to the habits that I instill. 

My journey continues to progress and be refined while guiding others from what I learn and experience. Healthy habits are an ongoing endeavor. Years into coaching others and it still motivates me to be better every day. 


If you are ready for a change in how you feel - both physically and mentally I can help guide you to tools that will help you along on your journey and lead you to lifelong transformation.
